non bonded interactions

README file statement seems to be outdated

Hi, in the rescaling_files_and_scripts/README file, it's been stated "Note that the non-bonded interactions have NOT yet been modified in this version of the force field" which I think is not updated. In the force field itp file for both Protein-Protein and Protein-water, the modified versions are added with "_PRO" suffix (martini_v3.0.0.itp). So, I think it should be changed.
