Game freezes #121
Description
Steps to reproduce
While the game have extreme freezes, it does not use any sorces of my PC (30% GPU, 15% CPU, etc.) Same time CPU used really strange, jumping up and down significatly. Screenshot of my PC performance with huge game freeezes is attached.
Observed
Low CPU consumption.
Expected
CPU and GPU should be used for 100%
