On this view:

It would be useful to add a checkbox to the category so you can check/uncheck everything within:

Looks OK to me. It might make it a bit easier to read with something like this:

Maybe Languages can be moved under Settings (it's there anyway) and Dictionary items as Translations under Content? That way you can have one category less.
