"No changes detected" message after file publish

Describe the bug

I have specified some additional folders in uSync to sync. When I "publish to" from a content node in Umbraco, it'll pick up changes in the additional folders OK, but after completing it, the following message is shown:

Version (please complete the following information):

• Umbraco Version: 13.2
• uSync Version: 13.2
• uSync.Complete Version: 13.1.3
