Downstream data manipulation tools

After #39 humann3+metaphlan3 imports, let us review which abilities for downstream analysis and manipulation are generic and could be implemented for SE/MAE, analogous to [BiobakeryUtils](http://docs.ecojulia.org/BiobakeryUtils.jl/latest/).

This can be later when time allows.
