CompatHelper: bump compat for ForwardDiff in [weakdeps] to 1 for package DifferentiationInterfaceTest, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the ForwardDiff package from 0.10.36 to 0.10.36, 1 for package DifferentiationInterfaceTest.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
