Egyptoagula support

Is it possible to update Egyptoagula to be able to run it with v1.00.0?

It starts only with the earliest commit, f4e3b88, but with a bunch of 'No spawn function for ...' errors. Newer commits have some progs files missing.

Fixed with 420662a and ec5b122 at least as far as loading and missing stuff goes. Calling it good unless someone playing it notices something odd.

Player on skill 1. Everything seemed to be fine until the boss fight. Eidolon spawns after destruction of the first pillar, however it's invincible, it remains mostly dormant and never attacks.
