Any chance for update? Current version is v4.24.1.

Hi Artur, Nice to see somebody passing by ! My understanding and use of github and repositories is at a very high global level, so excuse me if i say/do something stupid or use the wrong channel for communicating...

There are only a few visible changes between 4.22 and 4.24.1. Most of the changes are at a detailed level where garmin and mkgmap can't make the difference anyway. I'm very busy at the moment moving my 80+ years old parents to a new home, but in january or so i will take some time testing my latest changes and veryfy them again with openstreetmap.org

• Also render place, town if derived form area
• Render suburb same as town instead of hamlet

Hallo Artur, fyi, I just updated to openstreetmap mapnik 5.2.0 besides the few changes from mapnik, It has major improvements based on the latest mkgmap feautures as well as a complete absurd :-) routing and access handling, which matches 99,9% of europe's access tag values.
