Registered chunks stops working after rejoining

So i installed bobby mod, for one server it works perfeclty fine but for another it doesnt, in the files it makes for the working server 1 file but on the non working server it keeps making a new file wich stops it from working everytime i leave and rejoin how can i fix this problem?
