If a root SSH key already exists, it will hang.

For those users who use just the ansible portion of the scripts on their own VM. If there exists an SSH key, then it will hang when it tries to create a throw-away SSH key for the root user.

It should not create the throw-away key, if there already exists an  SSH key.
