Things to change next time #2

This was a success at the wedding!
But here are a few things I would change:
- do all processing in background in different threads. People wanted to see the pictures quickly, and take lots at once. So uploading to twitter etc. was not as important.
- use higher res pictures, resizing for gif. Doing processing in background means we can save highest res jpgs
- turn off all LEDs during capture?
- timeout on upload? pi was freeze during very slow upload to twitter. I couldnt seem to find a timeout setting in twython. again, this matters less if uploading in separate process in background
