Describe the issue

The switch.litter_auto_deodorizing entity does not reflect the actual state of the auto deodorizing setting. State changes are not synced in either direction between Home Assistant and the PetKit cloud/app.

Reproduction steps

1. Turn OFF auto deodorizing in the PetKit mobile app.
2. Observe switch.litter_auto_deodorizing in HA — it still shows ON.
3. Turn OFF the switch in HA.
4. Observe the PetKit mobile app — it still shows ON.

Yes, I'm still experiencing the issue.

After seeing your comment, I removed the integration completely and deleted both the litter box and the deodorizer from the app.

Then I added them again with different names and reconfigured the integration from scratch.

Unfortunately, the deodorizer still does not synchronize the "Auto Deodorizing" state with Home Assistant.

Changes made in the app are not reflected in Home Assistant, and changes made in Home Assistant are not reflected in the app.

I also did some additional testing. I can successfully enable and disable every other switch exposed by the integration.

Both "Deep Deodorizing" and "Periodic Deodorizing" work correctly.

The only feature that does not work is Enable/Disable Deodorizing ("Auto Deodorizing"). Its state is not synchronized between the app and Home Assistant in either direction.

The litter box and deodorizer are both running the latest firmware versions.

One more thing I noticed: after removing the integration from Home Assistant and adding it again, all entities were restored with their previous names, areas, and assignments. It looked as if Home Assistant remembered the existing entity registry entries instead of creating everything from scratch. I'm not sure whether this is expected behavior, but I thought it might be relevant.
