[BUG] "The BC Code Intelligence system isn't configured for this workspace yet."

Bug Report

Environment

• Node.js version: v24.11.0.
• MCP client (Claude, Copilot, etc.): Claude Sonnet 4.5
• Operating system: W11 Pro

Bug Description

Although the server is started, it seems that VS Code agents don't "sense" that. Instead, they report the server is not configured for the workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the MCP server
2. Open new Chat
3. Ask Alex to list agents

Expected Behavior

Usually, Alex was listing all the agents. Now it requires set_workspace_info and you have to run it through the VS Code app.

Actual Behavior

What actually happened? Got "The BC Code Intelligence system isn't configured for this workspace yet." message

Hi @JeremyVyska, yes, it works beautifully now. It detects the path and automatically starts set_workspace_info! Thanks for sorting it out.
