Currently, the scraper https://github.com/JaseZiv/worldfootballR_data/blob/master/raw-data/transfermarkt_leagues/get_transfermarkt_metadata.R only gets leagues on the first page of all FIFA confederations (regions).

Rewrite the scraper to get all leagues from all pages.
