Duplicate notifs when getting pinged on matrix/element

Describe the bug
I'm currently using hyprpanel's notifs. When someone pings me in a public element/matrix room, I get two duplicate desktop notifications instead of one. On my laptop, It seems to work fine when using standard dunst with waybar.

To Reproduce
Use the element web client and get pinged by someone.

Expected behavior
Only get one notif.
