[Feature Request] Mapping colors to specific icons (extending the mapping apps to icons feature)

Description:
Currently, the App Icon Mappings field allows assigning custom icons to applications but doesn’t support defining colors for those icons. I’d like to request the ability to map colors to application icons, similar to how workspace icons can be colored.
For example being able to do something like this:

"bar.workspaces.applicationIconMap": {
  "class:[wW]aterfox": { "icon": "", "color": "#03B3BF" },
  "title:YouTube": { "icon": "", "color": "#BF0026" }
}
