Add side-quests to logic, and shop/alchemy changes

Has there been any progress on adding the side-quests or overhauling shop/alchemy in the randomizer? (Like Hollow Knight/others do)
I see that #64 suggested some similar stuff a while ago.

Sorry i dont often go over my issues on github
But yes this has been suggested, its something that i still want to add but i honestly done see it happening anytime due to its high level complexity to implement
