As a Developer, I want to add thumbnails which will display the Member picture.
As a Developer, I want to add Member Short Description
As a Developer, I want to add Role
As a Developer, I want to add Email ID
As a Developer, I want to add Go to Member Button
As a Developer, I want to add Like/Heart Button
As a Site User, I would like to be able to view other Members and see what skill they have to offer
Possible inclusion: As a Developer, I want to add an Email Button which will open a default email compose me page and add the email in 'To' Section.
