Description
As a Site User, I want to be able to create a new Member Page to display myself as professionally skilled. It will have a comment section.
Aa a Site User, I can upload a photo, contact information, and information about me.
As a Site User, I want to be able to edit a my Member Page when updates are needed.
As a Site User, I want to be able to delete my Member Page when it is no longer used.
As an Admin user, I want to be able to delete a Member Page when it is no longer used.
Aa a Site Developer, I need to create an edit page that the user can upload a photo, contact information, description so that the user can have full CRUD and maintain the desire of the site owner.
