Lenovo E15 G4 Ryzen 5625U - App crashing on applying settings

Describe the bug
When I apply settings, the app crashes. Regardless of what custom preset setting I change, the outcome is the same. Here is the info from Event Viewer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Custom, APU Temperature Tuning
2. Click on box to check the Temperature Limit
3. Lower the value to 80
4. Click Apply current settings
5. App crashes

Expected behavior
Temperature limit lowers to 80° C
