[Forge 1.20.1] Filled buckets do not change when emptied, and picking up liquid in empty bucket causes that bucket to disappear from inventory #72
Description
Describe the bug
- Filled buckets (spawned in creative) provide infinite water when emptying in survival mode.
- Empty buckets in survival mode, when picking up water, causes that bucket to completely disappear from the inventory.
- Removing the Utility Belt mod fixes these bugs.
To Reproduce
Infinite Water Bug
- In creative, equip a filled water bucket.
- Switch to survival, using the filled bucket, drop the water into a hole. The filled bucket continues to supply infinite water.
Disappearing Empty Bucket Bug
Using an empty bucket in the hotbar in survival, picking up water causes the bucket to completely disappear from the inventory.
Expected behavior
- Filled buckets should deplete its water when emptying.
- Unfilled buckets should stay in inventory after picking up water.
