Gigantic wrapper files

For some reason, the htcondor_wrapper_*.sh from Linus are gigantic, see for example the attached sh that is ~6 MB. No idea why. This can cause issues with the condor processes on the nodes when the scratch fills up. We should investigate why these files are so large and if it is necessary to transfer them to the scratches of the nodes.

-> Maybe it is possible to not transfer but access the wrapper over the shared file system?
