Externalize additional data for Measurement Setups as well #7
Description
People may feel uncomfortable with the idea that PID values and other custom data associated with a MeasurementSetup is public. In a similar fashion to the already working way of externalizing device serials, a similar thing should be undertaken for the MeasurementSetups.
