the tracker keeps crashing on me when I select it

As the title says, I have the vanilla Netgame files and this time it crashes, am I missing more than the netgame files.  I tried a fresh gog installation, I tried the steam version, and I'm having this issue.  The OS that I'm running on is, get this, win11
