Malfunction when I type a romanian caracter in romanian language #280
Description
If I have set my OS to romanian language and if I type in an private tab the caracter "ţ"(Alt+T) then the private tab is turning in a normal tab, no matter if I type this caracter in a dialog box or simply type Alt+T anywhere in this private tab.
