[Item request]Add screen session name

None-IT guy here.

Could somebody make right-side item that shows screen session name.

When a screen session is active, its name appears on the righ side of the tide plugin.

I'm mechanical engineer running simulations in many screens. Sometimes I just don't know anymore in which screen I am in, so have to detach and call back last command to see in which screen a terminal belongs to.
