good first issue: Add Chinese (zh-CN) translation of README.md

Goal

Translate the main README.md into Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) to lower the entry barrier for Chinese-speaking contributors.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create README.zh-CN.md in the repo root
• Translate all sections accurately (maintain formatting, badges, code blocks)
• Keep the same structure as the English README
• Add a language badge at the top of README.md linking to the Chinese version

Expected Effort

~30 minutes for a bilingual contributor.
