[1.16.5 Feature request] Add block settings about fire and piston #26

Minecraft 1.16.5 Forge 36.2.35 Mod 0.6.4
Blocks has different behaviors when interactive with piston and fire. For example, obsidian cannot be pushed and pulled by piston, glazed terracotta can only be pushed. Coal block is hard to burned but wool is easy to burn and stone cannot be burned.
