Broken Link to ITI TF Volumes

If you are in an IHE ITI Profile, and click to go up to the main Technical Framework page, you are taken to a plain HTML page:

https://profiles.ihe.net/ITI/TF/index.html

If you click on volumes from this page, you get a 404:
https://profiles.ihe.net/ITI/TF/TF/Volume2/index.html

This is because TF appears twice in the URL.
