A test descriptions need to be added to the Test plan Page to better define the Content Consumer expectations in testing. Including a section that defines the generic expectations for the Display obligation.

The Section Import Option will be removed as this is a CDA Specific requirement that FHIR does not do.

These updates will be incorporated into the Public Comment Branch.
