Remove VRDR Dependencies

the sushi-config.yaml file has a dependency on the VRDR profile and VRDR profile library for example json generation. These packages are quite large and caused the validator to timeout at the EU Connection. This profile does not have any VRDR example in it indicating no need these profile dependencies.

Propose to remove the dependency from the yaml file.

This change is accepted by the committee and the dependencies will be removed in the public comment branch of this profile.
