Neither Maven nor bintray aren't working for spark-shell running.

Hi. I'm trying to install GPU-enabler by running the below command.

$ bin/spark-shell --packages com.ibm:gpu-enabler_2.11:2.0.0

It shows that the repo1.maven.org and the dn.bintray.com/spark-packages don't have the paths for GPU-enabler. The paths actually are not existing.

Are the repositories still available? Any way around? Let me know if I'm missing STH.
