SIGSEGV (Segmentation fault) in funcs->C_Initialize(&initArgs); function

In new version 2.6.1 there is a segmentation fault in function call rc = funcs->C_Initialize(&initArgs);
I have used Ubuntu 18.04 and gcc 11.4.
