Twitter has released NFT avatar support (currently to closed beta through Twitter Blue - a paid-for subscription).
Some users have asked to be able to auto-block or mute NFT users. Others have asked to support their avatar choices.
It may currently only be in Twitter's custom web-based API rather than the public API, but mcclure's script shows a v2-style
