Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Twitter has released NFT avatar support (currently to closed beta through Twitter Blue - a paid-for subscription).

Some users have asked to be able to auto-block or mute NFT users. Others have asked to support their avatar choices.

It may currently only be in Twitter's custom web-based API rather than the public API, but mcclure's script shows a v2-style include_ext_has_nft_avatar option (src)

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Add a marker on NFT avatars and a link to https://twitter.com/username/nft so that people who care can see extra details
  2. Add an option to mute tweets from people with the has_nft_avatar flag
  3. Add an option to mute other NFT patterns (e.g. usernames ending in ".eth")

Additional context
