Theme: give displayed tools bar the same color as canvas

Small idea or request to make it possible to give the displayed tools bar the same color as the canvas (black in this case)

A other option to make this possible it to be able to hide the displayed tools bar. Maybe let it appear when hovering over it or so or by clicking a small arrow.

Possible but it is some work (we need to manage look of all tools widgets, and manage their icons with canvas themes). Note that when the background is an image, a border may be needed.

In full screen mode it takes sense, else I am not sure.

Maybe just make it possible to set it to dark or light mode, e.g. without the need to exactly match the theming.

Patchance follows the QT theme. On KDE plasma it is defined with plasma theme, otherwise the tool qt5ct (or qt6ct) does the job. That said, I recognize it is not very fast on many systems and maybe something could be done to switch theme, for example something like Carla, provide a dark theme, a light theme, or follow the system theme.
