On mobile devices where width is 320px or less, the side nav drawer is taking up the whole screen

We first came across this issue in #541 and it was suggested we open an issue in SMC for this.

On the home page, on mobile devices with screens of 320x or smaller, if the user opens the hamburger menu, when the nav drawer appears, it takes up the full width of the screen.
