Issues in url for new guard

I am already using for admin guard..Url is
For admin : http://projectname/admin

For Customer : http://projectname/Customer

These both are working properly,But when i installed a new guard for "Employee".issue happened for url

Normally for admin Url is http://projectname/admin/home etc...

But after i installed employee ...i can only navigate like this
http://projectname/employee/**any-text**/home
only when i put any text between employee and home or whatwver..then only it works
