Is it possible to hide the bottom bar?

Any way to do this (hide the bar with the hide keyboard button and change keyboard button) in heliboard or some other keyboard? I would like to hide the onscreen keyboard completely when using a physical keyboard except for password manager stuff. Gboard is the only one I can find that actually properly hides the keyboard. But, I would rather die than willingly use Gboard.

I thought there was a hide when USB detected but I guess that is FUTO keyboard.

Those icons are generally going to show.

You switch keyboards via the right icon, you don't uninstall HeliBoard, just switch, but no keyboard will still show those two icons.

I want to know if there is a way to hide them? Gboard hides these two icons completely when using a physical keyboard. With heliboard, these 2 icons appear in an "invisible" bar that forces ui elements to move upwards.

Only if you have root. Otherwise you're only going to get that with privileged apps, as far as I know.

Ah. No. I am not trying to hide my gesture bar (this functionality is already present in the OS). I have searched and can't find anything. What I want is the hide keyboard button/switch keyboard button (along with the rest of the keyboard except password manager, etc.) to be hidden only when I am typing with my physical keyboard like how gboard does.
