Floating keyboard is completely frozen and unusable (cannot move or resize)

Describe the issue
The floating keyboard mode is currently completely unusable on my end:

• It is stuck/frozen and cannot be moved/dragged around the screen at all.
• There is no way to resize or adjust the dimensions of the floating window.
• Overall, it feels completely inflexible and unresponsive in floating mode.

Device & App Details:

• App Version: HeliBoard_4.0-release.apk
• Android Version:15

Additional Context
Having the ability to freely drag and resize the floating keyboard is essential for comfort, especially when typing or editing longer text/prompts. Hope this can be improved or fixed in future updates!
