Block output does not change based on assembler limitation #640
Description
Setting an assembler limitation doesn't change the output quantity of the block. The issue persists if I switch to compute by element and remove the cycle in the moss production.
Setting a limit on an output does seem to work in this case.
Tested on helmod 2.2.8
