Suggestion: Sound

Sound and music wasn't playing for me. The solution was to install `hlopenal`. I had to get the answer from a discord discussion. I'm using Linux Mint 22.3.

`haxelib install hlopenal`

Then add to the .hxml:

`-lib hlopenal`
