Avali do not get survival boxes

Description

In the loadout, Avali have an option on the sidebar for survival boxes, but there are none shown.
This also means they spawn without them.

Reproduction
Create Avali character
Go into a job loadout that actually lists survival boxes
Click on 'survival box' on the left
See that it is blank, and that Avali are disadvantaged yet again

Pretty sure this is related to the PR that added the avali-medipens. It claimed to change the Survival boxes for avali to include an avali-pen instead of a space-pen but something broke there.

This is said PR for context and anyone looking into it
I'd comment on what it does but dunno how survival boxes are done
The pen was never added to the boxes, yet some code was touched box wise for some reason

It looks like most of the changes were reverted, from glancing through them the major thing was adding the avali injector itself, along with the recipes...

A lot of changes were somehow reverted during the migration. I've said it multiple times, but instead of listening to me, me and my omega PR were blamed for most of them.
