Looked through construction menu, fabs, asked in Help Desk, etc. Nothing indicating I can construct it. Normally I would mark this up as a feature request if it wasn't for the second part of this where attempting to deconstruct a high security door fails halfway through, leaving the text "To Deconstruct..." without any further instructions.
Reproduction
Check menus or construction options to see there is no high security door. Attempt to deconstruct a high security door and notice that you cannot progress after about 3 steps.
