spontaneous emission? #119
Description
It seems IonSim doesn't implement spontaneous emission. This was brought up in Issue #77, long closed, and it was mentioned that QO has an implementation. It would be great to have this dynamics in IonSim, is there a clear way to implement SE via QO in IonSim or some other way? If so, a simple example would be helpful.
