Problem with Optim.jl

it seems that Optim.jl has changed its API and IonSim.jl cannot e.g. create a chamber anymore:

More specifically, the g_reltol keyword is no longer supported.

Thanks for pointing this out. You should now be able to use pkg> up to automatically update IonSim and in turn downgrade Optim to a compatible version (you may need to instead run pkg> add Optim@1.11 followed by pkg> up IonSim). The real solution will of course be to no longer use g_roltol within IonSim, but this is a quick fix for now. Sorry for the (very) late response -- as you probably noticed, IonSim currently does not have any active maintainers, so thanks for your patience!
