Z80SIM license file missing

Looks to me like you need the license file, or else the code is not licensed:

@jaromir-sukuba I believe @BigEd has the wrong license file but is correct that we should have included one:

Do you think this should be in the Z80 directory or is there another way that makes sense?

(Ah, good, at some point Udo adopted MIT! It seems the version presently embedded is 25-JUN-92 Release 1.7 which has a different license. The current version 1.36 has 20+ subsequent revisions, many described as bugfixes.)

I'd put the license in the directory, unless you wish to open-source license your whole project - which would of course be a very good thing to do.
