Update the recotrigger conveners 2025 v1 (#1661)

* Update the recotrigger conveners, move old conveners to former conveners section and add Christian Wessel.

* Fix convener periods for Claire and Christina.

* Add Maarten and Ines to list of conveners.

* Add Ines and ines to codespell ignore list.
