Associate lead endpoint is broken #108
Description
The description mandates the cookie value, but it is not sent: https://developer.adobe.com/marketo-apis/api/mapi/#operation/associateLeadUsingPOST
Tested with nock in my project and I can confirm the cookie is nowhere to be found, but it should be added as a query stream.
