Python 2.7.x is EOL in January 202

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.pip install -r /path/to/requirements.txt

vulnwhisperer fails to run with python3, from my limited testing, python2 is effectively EOL.

Hi @jjasen-nccs,

VulnWhisperer does fail to run with python3, we have not yet migrated to it, but currently we are not having resources to work on that. There are projects in place to continue developing it, and we also got stuck in the middle of a milestone, but we won't be able to continue with it until we get more resources or there appear other interested collaborators from the open source community.
