Reset Timer Feature (4)

Current Behavior:
When the time is finished and 00 is flashing in the tab. If a user hits the reset button the task is removed from the task area and time resets to the original time.

Expected Behavior:
When the time is finished, only then, if a user hits the reset button a modal should pop up asking the user if they would like to continue working on the activity. If they click yes then the time should reset to the original time and continue going. If they click No then the behavior above should apply. The modal should only show if the time has expired otherwise the same behavior as above should apply.
